The Year of Consolidation for the Cloud Ecosystem
It looks like we’re in the early days of a new wave of consolidation. From Microsoft’s acquisition of GitHub to IBM’s purchase of Red Hat and VMware’s recent acquisition of Heptio, we are seeing a lot of consolidation in the cloud space. Read the Foundation’s perspective on The New Stack and check out my thoughts on the implications of these mergers and stay tuned for what’s coming next.
