*Please note that anyone from your company that is speaking at Cloud Foundry Summit Europe 2017 should use the speaker discount code that they received from our Speaker Manager, not the sponsor code.
LOGO RECOGNITION ON EVENT WEBSITE AND ONSITE
Your company logo will appear on the Cloud Foundry Summit Europe 2017 event website. Please send your logo in a hi-res (.ai or .eps) format to Deb, along with the url you’d like it to link to, and we’ll add it to our website.
All hi-res logos must be received by Friday, September 8 to ensure graphic quality for printing.

- 1030mm x 1100mm x 530mm white bar counter with custom front graphics

Congress Center Basel will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, October 4. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please email all tracking numbers for your shipments to Deb at email@example.com so we can ensure that your items are delivered to the conference venue.

If the information above is not given, there is the risk that the delivery may be late or rejected and returned. Due to customs curtain documents are requested when shipping material to Switzerland. We advise on getting in touch with your carrier or shipper in advance to avoid delay and additional costs. The Congress Center Basel does not carry any responsibility for exhibitors shipments.
Please note that each company is responsible for shipping and tracking their own exhibit materials both to and from the conference.
Security & Storage
As all booths are located in a public space, we highly recommend not leaving valuable items unattended overnight even if they are locked in the cabinets. Please take items such as laptops to your guest room or visit the Registration Desk onsite if you have any questions about storing items elsewhere overnight.
With that said, Cloud Foundry, The Linux Foundation, Congress Center Basel, nor any employees or staff of these organizations can be held liable for lost or stolen items.
