Your company logo will appear on the Cloud Foundry Summit Europe 2017 event website. Please send your logo in a hi-res (.ai or .eps) format to Deb, along with the url you’d like it to link to, and we’ll add it to our website.
Your company logo will also appear in all pre-event email marketing, on the event mobile app, and be included on conference signage during the event. All hi-res logos must be received by Friday, September 8 to ensure graphic quality for printing.
Pre Or Post Conference Email Blast
Platinum sponsors have the opportunity to send a personalized email (text or HTML) to Cloud Foundry Summit Europe 2017 attendees (opt-in only) before or after the event. Cloud Foundry cannot share attendee information and thus will send out the email on sponsor’s half.
Emails will only be sent between Monday, October 2 – Friday, October 6 and Monday, October 23 – Friday, October 27. No sponsor emails will be sent the week of the event.
Only one email may be sent each day. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to send finalized contact (text or HTML) at least (4) business days prior to the email going out.

Congress Center Basel will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, October 4. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Security & Storage
As all booths are located in a public space, we highly recommend not leaving valuable items unattended overnight even if they are locked in the cabinets. Please take items such as laptops to your guest room or visit the Registration Desk onsite if you have any questions about storing items elsewhere overnight.

10 Minute Introduction to Track
This time introduces the track and it’s purpose to attendees. It will take place in the track breakout room prior to track sessions beginning. We encourage you to have the track co-chairs provide this introduction, as they have hand selected all of the sessions included in your track. 30 Minute Session within Track
This session was included in your track by your selected co-chair during the CFP review and track scheduling process.
The Demo Theater is an arena for companies to showcase Cloud Foundry. As a Platinum sponsor, you receive a 20-minute demo slot. Please reference the Demo Theater Schedule and provide Deb with your preferred date, time, demo title, abstract, and speaker information by Friday, September 15.
The theater will include a large monitor, sound system, and wifi internet. Presenters must bring their own laptop and necessary power cords and adapters.
A two-hour invite-only event catered to the analyst community that includes a formal presentation (from Cloud Foundry Executive Director Abby Kearns) and a panel of vendor customers (up to two customers per vendor).
