Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, you can view deadlines on the main event page.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, if you did not have a chance to register online before the event, you may register on-site. Please note that the registration process on-site may take 10-15 minutes. We will only be able to accept credit card payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received no later than May 20, 2017 at 11:59 PST. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee and may take up to 14 days to process.
Does registration include meals?
The conference includes breakfast, breaks and lunch as well as a Welcome Reception and Sponsor Booth Crawl.
Do students receive discounts?
Academic attendees will be required to show a valid school ID at registration. If proof of academic status is not provided, attendee will be charged the On-Site Registration fee of $845.
Is this event open to anyone to attend?
Yes, the event is open to anyone to attend, though it is geared towards the following people in the Cloud Foundry community: Application Developers, IT Operations, Technical Management, Line-of-Business (LOB) Leadership, Service Providers and other Cloud Foundry Contributors.
May I substitute someone else, if I am unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attendee in lieu of cancelling your registration. To substitute an attendee, you may return to the registration form and click “View or Change Your Existing Registration”. Once you’ve entered your email address and password, you may edit your registration with the new attendee’s information. Utilizing this feature will also allow you to re-issue yourself a receipt and/or confirmation should you need it.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, all keynote and conference sessions will be recorded and posted to the website within two weeks of the event.
What is the dress code?
There is no set dress code and, like many open source events, attendees will dress in a range, from jeans to suits. Our recommendation is business casual; jeans are absolutely acceptable. Please do layer up; conference rooms have a tendency to get cold.
May I bring guests?
Unfortunately anyone attending the event must be an official participant: attendee, speaker, sponsor or media.
How can I retrieve a copy of my receipt?
A link will be in your confirmation email; click on the section that reads “View Your Invoice.” Next, under “Actions,” you can select either “Print Receipt” or “Email Receipt.” If you did not keep your confirmation email, you can also access your registration details by returning to the registration form and clicking “View or Change Your Existing Registration”. Once you log in and access your registration details, simply click on “Print Receipt” located under “Documents”.
What kind of passes do journalists and analysts receive?
You will need an access code to register for the event. If you have not already been provided one, please contact us at email@example.com.
